The video at cbs news coverage of 1969 moon mission - Google Search [https://www.google.com/search?q=cbs+news+coverage+of+1969+moon+mission&source=lnms&tbm=vid&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjq0uu92Ob8AhUCBzQIHZPwCbEQ_AUoAnoECAEQBA&biw=1233&bih=913&dpr=1#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:aa525629,vid:eoy8IWjwb1k ] has video footage from CBS. In it there are sections which contain animations and simulations - and in multiple places the video has the word "ANIMATION" or "SIMULATION", thus the broadcast was not being deceptive abut such. Even without the words "ANIMATION" and "SIMULATION" one can often tell it is an animation or simulation, such as when the simulated lander is shown from outside the simulated lander (and from a distance) to be landing on the moon. In at least one place (after Armstrong said "The Eagle has landed") in the video even shows the text of "CBS NEWS SIMULATION" (at about the 6:42 time mark). That indicates that CBS was being honest in the use of the animations and simulations.

by Indoubtbigtime ini wonder how many are like me staying pimo for the great association and gathering etc.
also find it very interesting having a front row seat watching the collapse of borg.. im not wasting any more time or money on anything i don’t want to do like preaching and mostly just go on zoom .
there is nothing i want to do that would be considered disfellowshiping sin, i’m married and want to live by bible principles but i have serious doubts that the gb were chosen by god and are his one and only spokesmen on earth.

Despite whether or not Aldrin said what was quoted in the post made by TD, there was actual NASA footage (if not of the landing taking place) there was of an astronaut Armstrong taking the final steps off the lander. For proof see this video at Apollo 11 Moonwalk 20 July 1969 - restored footage - YouTube
[ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJbtYs0oZfQ ] . Perhaps Aldrins memory of regarding whether or not this was television broadcast of that was faulty. In it you can see the astronaut taking his final steps off the lander. You can also see two astronauts moving around on the moon. An introduction to the video explains why the image quality is so poor.
See also Moon landing footage: Watch the historic Apollo 11 mission moments | CNN [https://www.cnn.com/videos/us/2019/07/18/apollo-11-moon-landing-scn-orig.cnn ] . It shows some footage of the spaceship approaching the moon (it looks like was recorded from within the spaceship, but maybe the camera was attached to the outside of the spaceship). Perhaps that video footage was not included in the live broadcast, but instead shown later.
Update: Thanks TD for your later post (including your clarification), namely the post in which you wrote "How we saw Aldrin's first steps ....". The article you linked to says something which gives the explanation to what had been puzzling me for some time (about why the images looked ghostly when action was taking place). It says the following. "The distance the signal needed to travel, the conversions and retransmissions required to reach televisions in homes, meant a reduction in the quality of the picture, resulting in reduced resolution and a mismatch in the signal layers. That is why sometimes the astronauts appear more like translucent ghosts than people."

it is very easier to disprove the clams by Indoubtbigtime against the 1969 moon landing being real. That includes the comments about "animations" since the animations are not of what Indoubtbigtime implies they were. I already real about animations weeks ago. See the following Apollo 11 moon landing on TV: Blurry but inspiring images viewed by millions – Orlando Sentinel . It says in part the following.
'Cronkite let out a “whew,” took off his glasses and rubbed his hands in delight, reflecting the global jubilation at the feat. Astronaut Wally Schirra, seated next to Cronkite, wiped away a tear. But they were reacting to Apollo 11 audio while CBS showed a simulation of the lunar module on the moon.
TV coverage of the first moon landing in 1969 relied heavily on fabricated images. “People saw the networks re-creating on a sound stage what was going on,” said Robert Stone, director-writer of PBS’ “Chasing the Moon.” “They had actors dressed up in spacesuits. They had animation. It wasn’t until they landed and the video camera was pulled out that we saw anything. Before that, it was a radio show with enactments.”
When Neil Armstrong stepped on the lunar surface, television relayed primitive visuals. “Look at those pictures. Wow. It’s a little shadowy,” Cronkite said.
“They were very crude, blurry, fuzzy, black-and-white images, very low tech,” Stone said.
What I say while a very young child were the blurry black and white image of the the astronauts stepping out of the lander onto the moon and walking upon the moon. That agrees with the above quote.

See Fact Check: No, Buzz Aldrin did not say the moon landing was a hoax (usatoday.com) . It says in part the following.
'But the claim is false.
A review of Aldrin's full comments reveals he was saying that there was no "scariest moment" during the mission, not that the moon landing "didn't happen." The full clip shows him talking extensively about the details of the mission. ...
The clip featured in the Instagram post was taken from a Q&A Aldrin did at the Oxford Union in March 2015.
The Union describes itself as "the world's foremost debating society," but there's no debating whether the moon landing happened. NASA, museums, newspapers and libraries house a trove of information about the mission. This includes an array of documents, photos, videos and rock samples. ...
The full video of the event, which can be found on YouTube, shows that while Aldrin initially said "it didn't happen" in response to the question about the "scariest moment," he was not referring to the mission itself. Upon further prompting, he recounts how at one point while on the moon he discovered a broken circuit breaker on the floor of the lunar module. The Instagram video cuts off these remarks. '

The idea that Buzz Aldrin never went into space and never stepped foot onto the moon is utter nonsense. The idea that NASA requires all of its astronauts to be Freemason and to have a four year Bachelor Degree in scuba diving it totally crazy; it is ludicrous.
I own a book authored by Buzz Aldrin called Mission To Mars: My Vision for Space Exploration. It is copyright 2013.
NASA does require astronauts to go underwater while in space suits but that is to train them for for the micro-gravity environment of space, not as a hoax. When we see footage of the astronauts in space (such as working on the space station), we don't see air bubbles disturbing water. Right? But if they were underwater instead then their would be air bubble visibly disturbing the water as a result of exhaling. On page 15 of Aldrin's book with a photo with the caption of "The first astronaut to do so, Buzz trains underwater." That photo shows air bubbles disturbing the water. Page 16 has a photo with the caption of "Buzz Aldrin on Gemeni 12 space walk, November 1966". That photo shows Buzz in space and it does not show air bubbles disturbing water. Buzz really was in space and on the moon. His book has a photo of his footprint (shoe print) on the moon. He says he really was on the moon, instead of saying the moon mission was a hoax.
I plan to post more about later when I have much more free time.

Regarding the Covid-19 mRNA based vaccines, though I have taken multiple shots of them I don't have 100% trust in them, and thus I have decided (at least for now) to avoid getting anymore of those vaccines. I also came to distrust some of the things Dr. Fauchi says about Covid-19 and the Covid-19 vaccines. I thus no longer bother to listen to him, since to me he is no longer very credible in regards to those subjects.

Correction of a prior post: My college astronomy textbook does not have a photo a rover on Mars, but it does have photos taken from a rover and Mars (and the book specifically says the photos are from a rover on Mars). Maybe the pictures I saw of a rover on Mars might not have been from one of my college textbooks, but instead from some other science book I have. I don't remember which specific science book or books in which I saw the picture(s) of a rover(s) on Mars.

I never ever thought NASA was lying about anything (though on some particulars I thought they might be in error). I don't have cognitive dissonance in regards to NASA.
Are you a denier of some science? You seem to deny a number of matters which are widely held, including being taught in our educational systems (including university courses) as established scientific fact.
I trust science and science books (including the college text books I have) and science educational shows on TV and what scientists say about science. I have no doubt that rovers are on Mars and that the Voyager space probes are now out beyond Pluto. For the most part, the only energy a rocket ship needs to get to Mars (from Earth) is that needed to achieve escape velocity from Earth.
I study books to learn. Since early childhood I have highly valued the knowledge contained in educational books. Should I disbelieve what was taught to me in grade school, high school, and university, and from the self study I did of science (including from college textbooks)? [I graduated from high school (a polytechnic high school) with honors (3.30 GPA on a scale in which 4.0 is the highest GPA possible) and I graduated from university with a solid B average (3.03 GPA).] If so, wouldn't that mean that high school diplomas and university Bachelor of Science degrees are worthless and a waste of time to obtain? Despite having been a believing JW I attended university and obtained a 4-year degree, namely a Bachelor of Science Degree (though in Business Administration). By the way I was appointed a JW ministerial servant while attending university full time.
A number of science books I own, including a college textbook on astronomy say that NASA has landed rovers on Mars and they show photos of one or more rovers on Mars. Do you have a negative view of college education?

After doing a search on the internet about Mars possibly having sand dunes it now seems to me that Mars does have such and at least one rover saw such.

Indoubtbigtime, you are welcome.
Here are some more thoughts for you to consider.
I notice you said the following. "I know in Lloyd evens recent video he visits the science museum and shows loads of fake skulls half ape half human and he says they have found the real ones but this is a lie." What exactly do you mean by "fake skulls" in that quote? Do you mean the skulls are fraudulent? Or do you mean they are replicas (copies) of real fossilized skulls? Or do you mean something else, and if so, what?
Do you think that NASA actually requires astronauts to be Freemasons or have a degree in Freemasonry? Is so why do you think such? How would being a Freemason help them to do their work as astronauts? Likewise how would having a degree in scuba diving help them to do their work as astronauts? I hope you really don't mean you believe what is shown in the picture which you posted to page 6 of this topic thread. But if you do believe what depicted in picture I would like to know your reasons for such.
I notice you also said the following. "That Mars river has supposedly been on Mars for over a decade running on solar panels. Do you think if it was on earth in the Sahara desert it would not have broken down by now? Just think about it.?" By "river" in that quote I think you meant "rover". There is a big difference about the environment of the Sahara and that of where the rovers are on Mars. The atmosphere in the Sahara (and elsewhere on Earth at ground level) is about 100 times denser ('thicker') than on Mars. In other words the atmosphere on Mars is only about 1 percent as dense ('thick') as that on Earth (including in the Sahara). As a result winds on Mars exert only about 1 percent of the force (and of the momentum) as winds on Earth moving at the same velocity (or speed). As result much more wind blown dust would be impacting the rover if it were in the Sahara than on Mars (if the air speed was the same for both locations). Also part of the Sahara desert consists of sand dune and winds cause the sand dunes to shift position. If the rover was in that environment it would get buried by sand. But as far as I know Mars doesn't have sand dunes, and even if it does NASA has not sent their rovers to any areas having sand dunes. Also, unlike automobiles (other than parked ones) the rover moves extremely slowly and thus in 10 years the rover has far less mileage on it than a automobile driven on Earth. I thus am not surprised that the rover (which moves really slow) would be able to be in operation (without maintenance) for ten years, unlike and automobile (without maintenance) driven by a human rider.
